Trust in itself has improved significantly; and a state of permanent muscular relaxation is observed in all patients. A patient who has stopped working has resumed.
CONCLUSION: Anxiety disorders are psychiatric pathologies that have harmful consequences on the individual. Physiotherapy plays an important role in the management of anxiety disorders, specifically in panic attacks. It offers patients inner well being, muscle relaxation and confidence in themselves.
